Chilean Education Minister Nicolas Eyzaguirre has said the legislature will begin giving free advanced education in 2016. 

"President Michelle Bachelet has obviously said that free instruction will start in 2016, and we are going to respect that guarantee," Eyzaguirre said Thursday. 

"We are going to present to Congress at some point not long from now a bill to back and direct advanced education," Xinhua cited Eyzaguirre as saying.
